What great news to hear Cooper is home at the RMH! Im so happy for you tonight Sarah.  I can feel the relief in your update, with a smile and all!  Thank you again for allowing out siders from across the country to fall in love with your family.  You are a wonderful mother full of strength sharing this journey with all of us.  I look everyday for an update on Cooper. The last three months have been truly amazing.  What a journey momma! Hold strong, enjoy each other, take time for walks to discover new things. Like an interesting bug or a sweet smelling flower or maybe finding a rainbow after a summer shower.  Give Cooper some big hugs from all his new friends! (((hugs)))

Hi Sarah and Cooper, I was thinking of you both this evening. - Just wanted to let you know I read yesterday's blog and am so sorry about the distended belly . Hopefully there has been an answer and this has been resolved. Try to keep the faith, Sarah. I know you have to be exhausted. God will give you the strength you need even though sometimes you may feel like it won't happen. Thinking of you both and praying for you every day. Love, Your neighbor, Pat

Hi, So happy to hear that Cooper is back on the 7th floor. And what great news - no sign of rejection! We wish you both a Happy fourth of july. It has rained a lot on Edsall Drive in the past couple of days, but everything looks good! Remember that you both(and the rest of the family too) are in our thoughts and prayers. Your neighbor Pat

So happy for some good news - Cooper is remarkable - made me realize how important it is for you to be by his side - upsetting for people who care for him to be too busy to check his records before giving meds. Not acceptable for sure. Praying this is the beginning of more good news. May the Good Lord take care of Cooper ---

Yeah! In no time, Cooper will be back to 7B. I'm so glad you got to see his eyes open, and his attitude showing. We took Brady down for a procedure and the anaesthesiologist said, "Well, I see Brady was just down here on Friday, so we'll just keep him on..." John and I responded: "Brady hasn't been down here in over a month, and has never had that drug." The guy actually argued a bit with us. Thank God we did not need him that day for the procedure! Anyway, we are wishing only good days for you all.

What a bummer that Cooper isn't awake enough to prepare for a visit from the tooth fairy! Perhaps the tooth fairy can bring him the peace he needs. We are praying for no more smell-y gunk to come from Cooper's belly, that his pain is more manageable or just subsides altogether, and that he awakes to give you that beautiful toothless grin sooner vs. later. Peace Sara!
